I’m moving my accounts from QuickBooks Online to Zoho Books and need a clean, verifiable transfer of everything I’ve recorded to date.
Scope of work
• Move customer and vendor details, every invoice and payment, plus all bank transactions with their existing reconciliations.
• Map accounts so balances in Zoho match QuickBooks exactly, then run side-by-side trial balance, P&L, and reconciliation reports to confirm accuracy.
• Re-establish my Stripe payment gateway inside Zoho Books, ensuring fees, payouts, and webhooks flow the same way they do now.
The job is complete when Zoho Books mirrors QuickBooks to the cent and Stripe is processing live payments without errors. Access to both platforms is ready as soon as we agree on a start date; let me know your timetable and any questions you have.
