QuickBooks Setup & Maintenance

I run a service-based yacht charter company and need an experienced QuickBooks specialist to get our books off on the right foot and keep them ship-shape each month.

First, I’d like a clean QuickBooks Online set-up: create an appropriate chart of accounts, connect bank and credit-card feeds, import opening balances, and hand back fully reconciled starting reports so I know everything agrees with the bank.

After that, I want ongoing monthly care. Each month you will:
• categorise all new transactions
• reconcile every account
• flag anything unusual for my review
• issue a concise P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow snapshot within five business days of month-end

Acceptance criteria
• All accounts reconcile to the penny.
• Reports arrive on time and are ready to share with my tax preparer.
• File remains audit-ready, with supporting documents attached or referenced inside QBO.
