QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping & Payroll

I maintain my books in QuickBooks Online and need a reliable, part-time expert who can step in each week to keep everything clean and current. The core of the engagement is hands-on, detail-oriented bookkeeping, plus full payroll support for a small team.

Here’s what you’ll handle for me:
• Code and post all incoming transactions, matching them to the correct customers, vendors, classes, and projects.
• Reconcile every bank, credit-card, and PayPal account by the 5th business day of the new month, resolving any discrepancies.
• Generate and share monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow reports that tie back to the reconciliations.
• Run bi-weekly payroll inside QuickBooks Online Payroll, including taxes and year-end forms.

I’m already set up in QuickBooks Online, so deep familiarity with QBO workflows, bank feeds, and payroll modules is essential. Communication will be through Slack and email; screen-sharing via Zoom when needed.

Deliverables are complete only when the books balance to the penny, reports export correctly to PDF, and payroll filings show “accepted” status in QBO.
