QuickBooks Invoice Upload Specialist

I have a spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) full of purchase invoices that must be entered into QuickBooks with complete line-by-line accuracy. For every invoice you will capture the supplier, date, invoice number, and—most importantly—each individual item, its quantity, unit price, and tax figure. Whenever QuickBooks cannot find a matching supplier or item, pause and check with me before creating anything new; I want the chart of suppliers and inventory kept clean and consistent.

You may work from anywhere—local or remote access is fine—so long as you can connect to my QuickBooks file and keep a clear audit trail of what you have posted.

Deliverables
• All invoices from the provided Excel/CSV sheet entered and saved in QuickBooks
• Items and suppliers matched exactly to existing records (new ones added only after my confirmation)
• A short reconciliation report showing invoice totals vs. spreadsheet totals so we both know everything balances
