QuickBooks Bookkeeping & Reporting

I need a detail-oriented bookkeeper to take my raw bank statements and turn them into clean, up-to-date QuickBooks data. The work covers three core tasks: recording every income and expense transaction, reconciling each bank account to the penny, and generating accurate monthly financial reports that I can rely on for decision-making.

All source material on hand right now is the bank statements; invoices and receipts are not yet digitised. You will therefore need to create the necessary entries directly from those statements, categorise them correctly, and flag any missing information so I can supply it quickly.

Deliverables
• Fully reconciled QuickBooks file, current through the most recent statement period
• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash-flow reports for the same period (exported to PDF)
• Brief summary of any outstanding questions or discrepancies

Please use QuickBooks Online for this project. Accuracy and clear communication matter more to me than speed, but I do expect regular updates as you progress so we can tackle any data gaps right away.
