QuickBooks Bookkeeping & Reconciliation Support -- 2

My small business relies on QuickBooks Online, and I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day bookkeeping so I can focus on growth. All transactions flow automatically from bank and card feeds; what I need is a detail-minded bookkeeper to keep the file clean and up to date.

Scope of work
• Enter or review every transaction, assigning correct accounts, classes, and memos.
• Reconcile bank, credit-card, and PayPal statements each month so that every account shows a zero discrepancy.
• Generate standard financial reports—P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement—at month-end and a year-to-date summary on the first business day of each month.

Acceptance criteria
1. Reconciliations match source statements to the cent.
2. Reports are delivered on or before the agreed date in PDF and native QuickBooks formats.
3. The QuickBooks audit log shows clear notes for any adjustments.
