QuickBooks Bookkeeper & Reporting Assistant

I need ongoing help keeping my books clean and turning the numbers into clear, timely reports. All work will be done in QuickBooks, so solid, hands-on experience with the platform is essential.

Here is what I expect:
• Post and categorise weekly transactions, reconcile every linked bank and credit-card account in QuickBooks.
• Close each month, then generate the P&L, balance sheet and a simple cash-flow snapshot I can share with stakeholders.
• Flag unusual movements and add a short variance note so I understand the story behind the figures.

You do not have to be a licensed CPA or CMA; however, I would like someone who is a CA Final student (or at an equivalent stage) so the fundamentals are second nature.

Accuracy, consistency and the ability to communicate questions promptly are more important than years of experience. If you’re comfortable inside QuickBooks and enjoy turning raw entries into reliable financial insights, I look forward to working together.
