QuickBooks Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing

I need a reliable payroll professional to take full ownership of processing payroll for my team of 50 employees inside QuickBooks. The runs are every two weeks and must include correct overtime calculations for those who qualify, along with federal, state, and local tax withholdings, direct-deposit initiation, and downloadable pay stubs for each employee.

Your day-to-day work will be inside my existing QuickBooks Online Payroll account. You will gather and verify the approved hours, enter or import them, double-check overtime rates, submit payroll on schedule, and generate the standard reports I use for accounting and compliance. After each cycle, I also need a brief summary confirming gross pay, taxes, and net pay totals so I can sign off before funds are released.

Acceptance criteria
• Payroll submitted no later than 12 p.m. EST on the scheduled Thursday each pay period
• Overtime applied at the correct rate and shown clearly on pay stubs
• All tax filings and liabilities marked as paid within QuickBooks
• Confirmation report delivered to me in PDF the same day the payroll is run
