QuickBooks 13-Month Reconciliation Cleanup

I have a QuickBooks file covering the last 13 months that still isn’t fully matching my bank statements. Most transactions are already in the system, yet import glitches, duplicates and a few missing lines are keeping the balances from reconciling.

Here is what I need you to take care of:

• Reconcile every statement for several linked bank and credit-card accounts, bringing each to a zero difference.
• Track down and correct import errors, add any missing transactions and remove those that don’t belong.
• Categorise every entry accurately as sales & expenses, inter-account transfers or loan payments, so the P&L and balance sheet read correctly.
• Deliver clean reconciliation reports for all 13 months plus a brief summary of the fixes you applied.

You’ll be working directly in QuickBooks, so solid experience with its reconciliation tools, bank feeds and chart-of-accounts mapping is essential. Once finished, my books should be audit-ready with no stray or uncategorised items left behind.
