I need a small, tangible product taken from idea to a ready-to-manufacture design as soon as possible. You’ll be responsible for turning my rough sketches and functional notes into professional CAD files, clear drawings, and any supporting documentation a factory would expect. Materials, mechanisms, and overall size are straightforward—nothing exotic—but the design must be compact, intuitive to assemble, and cost-efficient for mass production.

Please outline the similar physical products you’ve already brought to market, the design tools you prefer (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, etc.), and how quickly you can move from concept refinement to final files. I’m aiming for a rapid, collaborative workflow with prompt iterations until we lock the design.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD model ready for machining or injection tooling (STEP/IGES + native file)
• Dimensioned drawings with tolerances and callouts (PDF)
• Brief revision window to fine-tune details after initial hand-off

Timing is critical, so only respond if you can start immediately and demonstrate clear, relevant experience.
