Quick Photoshop Logo Replacement

I have a single photo that only needs one thing: the existing text/logo on it must be swapped out for a new one I will supply. No other retouching or background work is required—the change-some-details request is limited strictly to that label area.

Here is what you will receive from me:
• the original high-resolution image
• the new logo (vector and PNG)
• exact placement and scale instructions

What I need back:
• the edited photo in the same resolution and format as the original (JPEG or PNG)
