Quick Numerical Data Entry & Excel

I have a modest set of numerical records that must be keyed into Excel and rearranged into a clear, logical workbook. I will supply the raw figures plus straightforward guidelines on column labels, worksheet grouping and the few simple formulas that need to remain intact.

Your core task is to organise the spreadsheets—sorting rows, applying consistent headers and positioning totals so the file is immediately ready for analysis. I do not have a fixed template; instead, you will work from the structure notes I provide and are welcome to suggest small improvements if they make the layout more intuitive.

Accuracy is crucial: every number should match the source, and quick cross-checks (such as subtotal comparisons) should catch any slips before delivery. The workload is small enough that an experienced Excel user can comfortably finish within a day, entirely remotely.
