Quick MP3 Meeting Transcripts

I record all of our team meetings in MP3 format and now need them turned into clean, accurate text. Each file runs between 30 minutes and an hour. I’m only after the words themselves—no need to tag individual speakers—so you can focus entirely on speed and accuracy.

Here’s how I’d like the workflow to run:

• I’ll share links to the MP3s as soon as the job starts.
• You return a neatly formatted, spell-checked transcript (Microsoft Word or Google Docs is fine) for each file.
• Normal conversational fillers can be trimmed unless they change meaning; otherwise, keep everything verbatim.
• A 24-hour turnaround per recording would be ideal.
