Quick 2D Animation Task

I have a short-form 2D animation that I need turned around quickly and cleanly. The concept is already sketched out; what I’m missing is an animator who can bring it to life with smooth motion, clear timing, and polished finishing touches.

Here’s what I’ll supply the moment we start:
• A rough storyboard (PDF) with timing notes
• Layered artwork in either PSD or AI format (your pick)
• Reference links that show the mood and pacing I’m after

What I expect from you:
• A finished animation clip delivered in MP4 (H.264, 1080p) plus the editable source file from your software of choice (After Effects, Toon Boom, Animate, etc.)
• One round of revisions for small tweaks on timing, easing, or color correction
• Delivery within three days of project acceptance
