We are PlexSites, a digital agency in Cyprus. We are subcontracting the configuration of the QuanticaLabs "Chauffeur Taxi Booking System" plugin (v9.5) on a client site. The plugin is installed and licensed, vehicles are configured, and we have a complete build sheet documenting every route, vehicle class and price. You are configuring to spec, not designing.

We handle the client relationship, content and design. We need a specialist to finish the booking engine.

SCOPE

1. Google Cloud / Routes API
Persistent 403 Forbidden on routes.googleapis.com/directions/v2:computeRoutes. Places Autocomplete works, map tiles load, Map ID is valid and mapConfigs:batchGet returns 200, HTTP referrer restriction is correct. Routes API has been enabled. Distance and duration return 0, so no vehicles display at step 2. Needs diagnosing and resolving.

2. Geofence-based fixed pricing
- 12 airport route pairs x 5 vehicle classes, plus 2 wheelchair-accessible classes
- Fixed prices must apply automatically from typed addresses via geofence areas, NOT from a predefined route dropdown
- All non-airport destinations fall through to per-kilometre vehicle pricing
- Return = 2x one-way minus EUR 10
- Night surcharge +EUR 10 between 20:00 and 06:00, applying to both fixed and distance pricing (correct rule levels and next-rule processing required)
- All prices VAT-inclusive at 19%

3. Booking form and checkout
- Business hours, availability rules, vehicle display
- Stripe checkout live, webhook confirming, invoices generating
- Full end-to-end test: booking, payment, confirmation emails

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior hands-on work with this specific plugin. Name the projects.
- Strong Google Cloud Console: API enablement, key restrictions, billing, Map IDs
- Comfortable working to an agency spec and reporting progress clearly

WordPress admin, Google Cloud Console access and the full build sheet with all pricing already documented.
