Quality-Driven Recruiter Required

We are looking for a recruiter who can focus on the quality and relevance of candidates rather than simply producing a large number of contacts.

Our current hiring requirement is for a Co-Listing Agent position within the short-term rental industry.

Candidates should ideally have practical familiarity with Airbnb through hosting, co-hosting, property management, vacation rentals or hospitality.

The freelancer will research potential candidates and assess their background against the general requirements we provide.

Suitable candidates will receive a clear explanation of the opportunity and an initial screening will be conducted.

Candidates who are genuinely interested can provide their CV and professional information for our internal team.

We expect accurate candidate information and organized records.

The final hiring decision will remain with our company.

Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. Good judgment, communication and attention to detail are important.
