This project involves building an end-to-end QR Code Parking Tag system that works seamlessly as both a responsive web application and a Telegram bot. The single most important capability right now is reliable QR-code scanning so attendants can quickly validate a vehicle’s tag from any mobile device or desktop webcam.
Key expectations
• One shared backend should power both the web front end and the Telegram bot, so data stays in sync.
• The web app needs a clean dashboard where administrators can create and manage parking tags, monitor scans in real time, and export simple usage logs.
• The Telegram bot must mirror the same scan-and-validate flow, returning an immediate success/denied message inside the chat.
• Code quality and clear documentation are crucial so future features—like QR generation or integrated payments—can be added with minimal refactor.
Acceptance criteria
1. A live demo URL and Telegram bot link showing smooth scanning on common Android/iOS devices.
2. Source code (preferably Node.js/Python + PostgreSQL/MySQL) pushed to a private Git repo with setup instructions.
3. Basic security hardening (tokenised endpoints, rate limiting on bot requests).
4. Deployment guide for a typical VPS or AWS Lightsail instance.
