QR Ordering Menu for Café

I’m updating my café’s ordering flow and need a digital menu that guests reach by scanning a QR code at their table. Once they open it, they should see our full line-up of food and beverages and be able to build an order with the usual modifiers—extra shot, milk alternatives, no onions, etc. When they hit “send,” the order must appear on my side instantly so staff can start preparing it right away.

Core requirements
• Web-based or PWA menu accessible via a unique QR code per table.
• Sections for both food and drinks, presented in a clean, mobile-first design.
• Item-level customization options (add-ons, notes, size selection).
• Real-time notification to a kitchen/barista dashboard, printer, or email/SMS—whichever you can wire up most reliably.
• Simple admin area where I can edit items, prices, and images without touching code.

Nice to have (not essential yet): built-in payment gateway and multilingual toggle, so structure the project in a way those could be slipped in later.

Deliverables
1. Working menu/app hosted or ready to deploy.
2. Printable QR codes for each table.
3. Admin credentials and brief hand-off guide.
