QR Code based Faculty and student attendance solution - Quotation Request

Attendance requirements:

• Device – QR Scanner on mobile app & QR codes at activity stations
• Upload student profile with photograph for fool proof identification
• QR code scanning – before and after an activity by students and faculty during activity sessions.
• Send attendance default alerts to students.
• Trainer activity report - Build reports on trainer's attendance; check hours spent and sessions attended to save time keeping track of training session hours.

Schedules:

• Create/Edit/Upload activity schedule with pictorial representation of the activities.
• Registration for activity
• Display availability of slots
• Session cancellation/postponement/venue change notification
• Register on first come first serve basis – Registrations to close once the slots are full.
• Add new activity and notify specific group of students

Step counter/pedometer:

Assessment 1
• Completion of 10,000 steps twice a week, and minimum 5000 steps on all other days for 12 weeks. (Alerts for less than 5,000 steps)
• Weekly notification/report of steps completed Student wise/gender/institute/campus data of steps completed (statistical & graphical representation)
Assessment 2 (5 km walk)
• QR scanning before and after the assessment, no. of steps completed, and time taken to complete 5 kms with results shown as completed/not completed.
• Notification/emails to students who have not completed assessments.

• Institute reports (all divisions)
• Report for defaulters (in attendance, step counts, fitness tests, 5 km Walk)
