Buyback Device — Mobile Diagnostic Software

We need a developer to build a QR-based mobile diagnostic system for iPhone/iOS and Android, inspired by the general diagnostic workflow used by large mobile buyback companies such as Cashify.
We want to develop our own diagnostic software, not copy any company’s proprietary technology.

ACCOUNT / LOCK CHECK
Before buyback, guide the customer to remove:
iPhone: Apple Account / Find My / Activation Lock readiness.
Android: Google account/device protection readiness.
Never request or store Apple/Google passwords.
TECHNICIAN PHYSICAL INSPECTION
Technician can check:
* Screen scratches/cracks
* Body/frame
* Camera glass
* Charging port
* Buttons
* Liquid damage
* Battery swelling
* Physical damage
Allow photos to be uploaded.

The developer must demonstrate the MVP on one real iPhone and one real Android phone.
No fake diagnostic results.
