We need a developer to build a QR-based mobile diagnostic system for iPhone/iOS and Android, inspired by the general diagnostic workflow used by large mobile buyback companies such as Cashify.

We want to develop our own diagnostic software, not copy any company’s proprietary technology.

QR SYSTEM

The technician creates a unique inspection and generates a QR code.

Customer scans the QR and the diagnostic session opens automatically.

No manual session ID entry.

The session should securely connect:

* Inspection ID
* Device
* Technician
* Store
* Date/time

iOS + ANDROID

Preferred: Swift / SwiftUI

Android

Preferred: Kotlin

Use only legitimate public APIs. No jailbreak, root, private APIs or security bypasses.

The developer must clearly identify what is:

DIAGNOSTIC TESTS

The system should support as many of the following as legally/technically possible:

Customer connects the charging cable.

Customer presses:

For tests that cannot be completely automated, the app must guide the customer.

Examples:

Touch: Touch all points on screen.

Speaker: Play sound → customer confirms.

Microphone: Record voice → play back → customer confirms.

Camera: Take test photo.

Buttons: Press each physical button.

ACCOUNT / LOCK CHECK

Before buyback, guide the customer to remove:

iPhone: Apple Account / Find My / Activation Lock readiness.

Android: Google account/device protection readiness.

Never request or store Apple/Google passwords.

TECHNICIAN PHYSICAL INSPECTION

Technician can check:

* Screen scratches/cracks
* Body/frame
* Camera glass
* Charging port
* Buttons
* Liquid damage
* Battery swelling
* Physical damage

Allow photos to be uploaded.

RESULT

Every test must show:

For the $50 fixed budget, we need a working proof of concept demonstrating:

QR → iPhone/Android detection → Diagnostic Session → Real Tests → PASS/FAIL Results → Technician Dashboard

The developer must demonstrate the MVP on one real iPhone and one real Android phone.

No fake diagnostic results.

Generic proposals will not be preferred.

Build our own professional:

QR Scan → iOS/Android Diagnostic → Automatic Tests → Guided Tests → Charging & Button Tests → Hardware Tests → Physical Inspection → QC → Device Grade → Buyback Valuation → Report

The $50 project is Phase 1 MVP; the full production platform will be developed in future phases.
