I need an experienced GIS specialist to assemble a fully portable QGIS (.qgz) project from the source data I will provide. Your work is strictly technical—I will take care of any analysis once the files are ready.
Key tasks
• Create custom vector layers: Points, such as locations or landmarks; Areas, such as zones, districts, or land parcels.
• Design and style three thematic maps that depict Different topics from the same area, each with clear symbology, legend, scale bar, and north arrow.
• Keep all paths relative so the project opens error-free on any computer.
Folder structure required
/
├─ project.qgz
├─ data/ (every source layer—GeoPackage, Shapefile, etc.)
├─ styles/ (any external style files or SVG symbols)
└─ outputs/ (exported map PDFs or high-resolution PNGs)
Delivery expectations
• The entire folder must be ready to copy or zip and function immediately on another machine.
• Consistent CRS management and clear layer naming conventions.
• Clean cartographic presentation that is print-ready.
Timeline
The assignment should take an experienced QGIS user about 1–2 hours. Final delivery is due by 10 November.
When replying, briefly outline your previous QGIS experience on similar projects and provide your proposed price. Thank you!
