Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Criminal and Civil Records:

For criminal records that have already been processed by the criminal researchers:

Ensure that grammar, spelling, and formatting is correct

Verify the criminal records are reportable under both state and federal law

Confirm records have not already been reported on another product

For criminal records that have not been processed by the criminal researchers (direct from vendor):

Verify at minimum two full identifiers are present which match the criminal record to the data provided

Verify criminal records are reportable under both state and federal law

Confirm records have not already been reported on another product

Define any uncommon disposition terms

Verifications:

Verify reqIDs have been scored correctly

Verify closing comments accurately reflects the data provided

Proofread and edit to ensure grammar, spelling, and formatting is correct

Verify attachments match the data provided, and all PII has been redacted

Verify AssureHire has received permission to contact employers

Ensure no protected class information is present

Review DOT forms to verify they have been filled out correctly

Contact the verifications team to clarify any errors or issues

Health Screening:

Verify attachments match the data provided

Verify all fields have been completed correctly and match the data provided

Other:

Perform criminal database searches as needed, and process any results

Proofread and ensure quality control on any other products or documents as needed

Requirements & Skills:

1-2 years data entry experience preferred

Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Superior attention to detail and accuracy

Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or business related discipline preferred
