Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced QAD Adaptive ERP / Manufacturing ERP Trainer or SME to deliver a virtual instructor-led training (VILT) program for a group of software developers who are new to the ERP domain.
The objective of the program is to provide participants with a strong foundation in ERP concepts, manufacturing processes, ERP modules, business terminology, and the overall manufacturing ERP ecosystem, along with an overview of QAD Adaptive ERP wherever feasible.
Training Details
Training Mode: Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
Participants: 15 software developers
Audience: Developers who are new to the ERP domain
Engagement: Corporate training
Preferred Expertise: QAD Adaptive ERP + Manufacturing domain

The trainer should be able to cover the following:
1. ERP Fundamentals
Introduction to ERP and its purpose

We are looking for trainers/SMEs with:
Strong QAD Adaptive ERP experience
Hands-on manufacturing ERP experience
Understanding of manufacturing business processes
Experience with ERP implementations or consulting
Ability to explain technical/business concepts to developers who are new to ERP
Previous corporate training / mentoring / knowledge-sharing experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Alternative Profiles
If QAD Adaptive ERP expertise is not available, we will also consider experienced Manufacturing ERP trainers/SMEs with strong knowledge of:
ERP fundamentals
Manufacturing processes
ERP modules
Supply chain/manufacturing ecosystem
Enterprise application integration
Deliverables
The selected trainer will be expected to:
Prepare/provide a structured training agenda/TOC
Deliver live virtual instructor-led sessions
Explain ERP and manufacturing concepts using practical examples
Provide relevant QAD Adaptive ERP overview where applicable
Conduct interactive discussions and Q&A
Share any supporting training material, if applicable
