Python Student Manager Script

I’m looking for a lean, beginner-friendly Python script that lets me add, edit, delete and search student records while keeping the codebase neat and readable. At minimum the program should capture each student’s basic details (name, ID, contact information), and it must be straightforward for me to extend later if I decide to track courses, grades or attendance.
I’m not set on the interface. A clear command-line workflow is perfectly acceptable, though if you prefer to craft a minimal Tkinter GUI or another lightweight approach, feel free—just keep it simple. No login or role management is required for this first release.
Please write clean, well-commented code, stick to standard libraries, and package everything in a single folder so I can run it right away with Python 3. Once complete, send over the full source plus a short README that explains how to execute the script and how the data is stored (CSV, JSON or SQLite are all fine as long as setup remains single-file and hassle-free).
The scope is intentionally small, so I expect quick turnaround and a budget-friendly quote that stays within the low double-digits range mentioned in the post.
