Python Scraper to Generate Reports

I need a Python script that collects public project listings from Freelancer.com and generates a clean, easy-to-read report.

What the script should do:
- Collect project data for a keyword or category I choose (e.g. "python"): title, budget range, currency, number of bids, country of the client, posting date, and project link
- Remove duplicates and sort the results (by date or by budget)
- Export everything to an Excel (.xlsx) file, with a summary sheet (total projects, average budget, top categories)

Requirements:
- Written in Python, with clean, readable, commented code
- Easy to run on Windows (a double-click .bat file or a single command)
- Simple to use: I only type the keyword and press Enter
- Use the official Freelancer.com API where possible, and respect the site's terms of use and rate limits
- Handle errors properly (no internet, no results, site changes)
- Include a short README with setup and usage instructions

- requirements.txt
- Short instructions on how to run it
