I run a small business and want to automate how new customer inquiries are handled. Right now I copy details from a Google Form into a spreadsheet by hand and message each customer myself.
What I need built:
When someone submits my Google Form, the details are added to a Google Sheet automatically.
An AI step (OpenAI or Claude API) classifies each inquiry as sales, support, or spam, and writes a one-line summary.
Sales inquiries trigger an instant WhatsApp message to me with the customer’s name, request, and summary.
The customer gets an automatic confirmation email.
A simple weekly summary is sent to me by email.
