I need a clean, well-structured Python script that automatically extracts text from a variety of business documents. My priority is reliable data extraction—no generation or validation features are required at this stage.

The solution should:
• Accept common file formats such as PDF, DOCX, or image-based scans converted through OCR.
• Return the extracted text in a machine-readable form (CSV, JSON, or plain TXT are all fine as long as the structure is clear).
• Run from the command line with straightforward arguments so it can be dropped into larger workflows later.

I’m comfortable if you lean on libraries like pdfminer.six, python-docx, PyPDF2, or Tesseract OCR—use whatever combination delivers the most accurate results. Just keep external dependencies minimal and fully documented.

Deliverables
1. The Python source code with comments.
2. A short README covering setup, usage examples, and dependency installation.
3. Two sample runs showing successful text extraction from different document types.

I’ll consider the job complete when the examples run smoothly on my machine and the extracted text matches the source documents without missing or garbled characters.
