Python Developer for Swing-Trading System with Zerodha Integration

We are seeking an experienced Python developer to build a long-only swing-trading system for Indian equities. This is not an intraday-trading system; trades will generally remain open for approximately 4–20 trading days.

The project includes:

1. Reviewing and improving an existing company-selection and ranking module.
2. Developing, backtesting and comparing multiple swing-trading strategies using historical intraday data, including risk management, portfolio controls and a comprehensive results dashboard.
3. Integrating the selected strategy and completed system with Zerodha Kite for manual approval and, eventually, fully automated execution.

The complete project will be assigned to one developer, with payments made phase by phase against clearly defined and objectively verifiable deliverables.

Ideal candidates must have substantial, demonstrable experience in developing and backtesting swing-trading strategies, together with strong Python skills and experience in algorithmic-trading systems, historical intraday-data processing and Zerodha Kite integration.
