I need a Python developer who is comfortable living inside Microsoft SQL Server data and turning that structured information into clean, well-documented outputs. The immediate milestones are:

• Build a repeatable mapping routine that pulls source tables from SQL Server, aligns every field to a target schema, and flags any unmapped or ambiguous values for review.
• Implement allocation logic so amounts, quantities or percentages are distributed across multiple target records according to business rules I will supply.

Everything should run in Python 3.x, ideally using pandas and SQL-Alchemy (or pyodbc) to keep the workflow fast and transparent. Clear comments, minimal external dependencies, and a short README are part of the hand-off. I will verify the work by running your scripts against a staging database; all mapped fields must reconcile 100 % and allocation totals must balance to the source.

If you have solid experience combining Python with SQL Server for data mapping and allocation projects, I’m ready to get started.
