Python Code to Link TikTok Chat with Minecraft Actions

I'm looking for a Python developer to create a code that links my TikTok chat to Minecraft. The most frequently sent chat messages during my stream should cause blocks to be deleted around me in a 20x20 radius, with the blocks instantly disappearing.

Requirements:
- Code should be in Python or any other effective language
- Integrate TikTok chat into Minecraft seamlessly
- Delete blocks based on TikTok chat comments and frequency
- 20x20 block radius around player
- Instantly remove blocks without animations
- Optionally link TikTok likes to spawn specific Minecraft mobs
- If any setup is required on my PC, I would like the freelancer to remotely access my system and handle the setup process.
