Python Chat System Development

I’m ready to take my existing Python chat project from a simple proof-of-concept to a fully-featured application. The core has already been written, but I need an experienced Python developer to turn it into a polished, production-ready package with the following built in:

• User authentication so each person has a secure, personal account.
• Group chats alongside private one-to-one conversations, with the ability to invite or remove members on the fly.
• File sharing (images, docs, anything under a size limit we can agree on) directly inside a chat window.

The interface must be graphical—no command line. If you favour PyQt, Tkinter, Kivy or another mainstream GUI framework, let me know; I’m open as long as it stays cross-platform.

On the bot side, I want two flavours working side-by-side:
1. An informational bot that can answer predefined FAQs or pull structured data.
2. A conversational bot that keeps a human-like flow, handling small talk and follow-up questions gracefully.
Both should plug into the same chat rooms as regular users and respect whatever permission model we set up.

I’ll provide my current codebase, rough sketches of the screens, and a feature backlog. Your deliverable is a clean, well-documented repo with modular code, an installer or launch script, and a quick README so I can spin it up on Windows and Linux without fuss. Automated tests covering the main workflows will be a big plus.
