Python AI FAQ Assistant Prototype

Hi,
I run a small online store and receive repeated customer questions about shipping, returns, business hours, and support.
I am looking for a Python developer who can build a simple AI powered FAQ assistant using the OpenAI API.
I do not need a full website chatbot right now. I want a basic prototype that I can run locally and test before investing in a complete website integration.

Requirements:
- Build a Python based FAQ assistant.
- Integrate the OpenAI API.
- Allow the assistant to answer questions using my FAQ information.
- Store FAQs in an editable JSON file.
- Make the assistant acknowledge when it does not know an answer instead of inventing business policies.
- Provide clear setup instructions.
- Deliver the source code and supporting files in a ZIP.
