Job Title: Python AI Developer – Code Fix & Deployment Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a Python AI Developer who specializes in debugging, fixing, and deploying existing codebases — specifically AI‑related software. You will be working with pre‑existing code (e.g., from GitHub repositories), identifying errors, resolving issues, and implementing new features to overcome current limitations.
This is a test‑first, pay‑after role. You will be given access to a test environment where you can demonstrate your ability to fix, optimize, and deploy the software before any payment is made.
What You'll Do:
Review and analyze existing Python AI code (from GitHub or similar)
Debug and fix errors — including logic errors, dependency issues, and deployment blockers
Refactor and optimize code for performance and reliability
Implement new features to expand functionality or bypass current limitations
Test the software thoroughly using provided test accounts
Deploy the software to a live or staging environment
Provide clear documentation of changes made
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with Python (3+ years)
Experience working with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.)
Proven ability to debug and fix complex codebases
Familiarity with GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, merging)
Experience deploying Python applications (Docker, AWS, GCP, or similar)
Ability to test software and verify functionality before deployment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
How It Works:
