Pytest Playwright Manual & Automated QA JOB

I am looking to combine thorough manual exploration with a solid Python-based automation suite for my current web application. The engagement calls for both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, with the automated scripts to be written in Python using Pytest and Playwright.

Here is what I need from you:

• Analyse the existing user stories and draft a concise test plan.
• Perform exploratory and regression passes to catch functional issues early.
• Build a maintainable Pytest + Playwright suite that covers our core user journeys, runs headless, and can plug straight into CI (GitHub Actions or a similar pipeline).
• Log reproducible defects with clear steps, screenshots, and expected versus actual behaviour.
• Deliver a final report that details coverage, outstanding defects, and recommendations for next steps.

We will start with the web version of the application; if all goes well, there is room to expand the same approach to responsive mobile views and an upcoming desktop build.

Acceptance criteria: every scripted test must pass on a clean build, failures must be immediately actionable, and the automation code should be cleanly commented and easy for another engineer to extend.
