Pyjama Tech Pack With Embroidery

I’m preparing to place a production order for a two-piece women’s pyjama set made from breathable cotton and finished with a delicate, floral cut-work embroidery motif. Before I can move forward with manufacturers, I need a complete, professional tech pack that captures every specification they’ll ask for and leaves no room for misinterpretation.

The set consists of a relaxed button-through shirt and matching long-leg bottoms with drawstring. Both pieces will be produced in cotton, with the floral cut-work used as the key design feature. I want the sizing to run from XS through L, so each point of measure must be graded accordingly and clearly shown.

Please create the tech pack in either Adobe Illustrator or a well-structured spreadsheet/PDF that includes:

• Detailed flat sketches with front, back, and close-up embroidery call-outs
• Complete bill of materials covering shell fabric, thread, buttons, elastic, and any backing required for the cut-work
• Measurement chart for sizes XS, S, M, L with graded rules
• Construction notes, stitch types, and seam allowances (especially around the cut-work areas to preserve strength)
• Colourways and Pantone references
• Artwork file for the floral cut-work pattern, sized and positioned for production
• Care label instructions suitable for cotton sleepwear
• Initial sampling checklist so the factory can quote and sample without follow-up questions

Final delivery: an editable source file plus a production-ready PDF.
