I am looking for a developer/designer who can create a Puzzle QR Code Game where two different links are hidden inside one puzzle.
I have attached a given example/reference image showing the style and concept I want.
Concept
The puzzle will contain two types of icons:
Cube icons
Lightning icons
The player will be instructed to shade one type of icon completely black to reveal a QR code.
Required Functionality
Puzzle 1 – Cube QR
Player shades all cube icons black.
The resulting pattern must form a genuine, scannable QR code.
QR Code 1 opens Link 1.
Puzzle 2 – Lightning QR
Player shades all lightning icons black.
The resulting pattern must form a genuine, scannable QR code.
QR Code 2 opens Link 2.
Both QR codes should be integrated into the same puzzle design, not simply placed as normal QR codes on the poster.
Important Technical Requirement
This is the most important part of the project:
The puzzle must be based on the actual QR matrix/data. It should NOT just look like a QR code.
After the required icons are shaded black, the resulting image must be scannable using a normal smartphone QR scanner.
Design Requirements
Large cube and lightning icons
Attractive puzzle/game appearance
Yellow, black and white style similar to the reference
Clear grid/cell structure
Suitable for printing as a poster
High-resolution output
Three QR finder patterns must remain correctly positioned
Adequate QR quiet zone
High QR error correction
Easy-to-understand instructions
Final design should look like a puzzle, not a standard QR code
Deliverables
Final puzzle artwork
Printable high-resolution PNG/PDF
Editable source file
Working QR generation logic/source code
Two test QR codes
Confirmation that both revealed QR codes scan correctly
Ideally, a small generator where I can change Link 1 and Link 2 and generate a new puzzle
