Purchase & Ship Indian Product

Hello!
I need a freelancer based in India to purchase a common retail item (details will follow once we begin) and ship it to Russia. Any local shop, supermarket, pharmacy or convenience outlet that stocks the product is acceptable— no specific chain is required. Please do not substitute, switch versions or add extras without my written approval.

The product is available in many places, so your city does not matter.

If all 6 stages are completed successfully, your total service payment will be $35.
This $35 is payment for your work only. All approved costs for the product, packaging and shipping will be reimbursed separately and in full based on receipts.

IMPORTANT — HOW PAYMENT WORKS

The project will be completed step by step through Milestones.

Before each stage, I will fund the corresponding Milestone on this site. However, you will first pay for the purchase with your own money. After the purchase is completed and you send me the receipt and clear photos, I will release the Milestone payment.
All approved product costs will be fully reimbursed based on the actual receipt. Your service fee is paid separately.
If the actual price is different from the price we previously agreed, please contact me and get my approval before buying. Do not make a more expensive purchase without my approval.

Stage 1 — Test purchase
First, find the exact product and check its current price.
Buy 1 pack with your own money. The expected price is around $1.

Send me:
a clear photo and video of the product and the receipt; the exact price per pack.

After I verify everything, I will reimburse the full actual cost of the 1 pack and pay $5 for your work.
We will then agree on the price to use for the larger purchases.

Stage 2 — First order: 20 packs
After I approve the price, buy 20 packs of the exact same product with your own money. The expected total product cost is around $20.

I will reimburse the full actual documented cost of all 20 packs, based on the receipt, plus $5 for your work.
However, if the price has changed before you buy, please ask for my approval first.

Stage 3 — Second order: another 20 packs
After I approve the next stage, buy another 20 packs. The expected total product cost is around $20.

Again, I will reimburse the full actual documented purchase cost and pay $5 for your work.
Do not start this stage until I confirm that we are continuing.

Stage 4 — Packaging
Pack all purchased items securely for international shipping. I will send you the details.
I will reimburse the actual approved cost of packaging materials (around 5$), plus $5 for your work.

Stage 5 — Shipping
Before shipping, please tell me the available tracked shipping option and its exact price.
After I approve it, send the parcel to Russia.
I will reimburse the full approved shipping cost based on the postal receipt, plus $5 for arranging the shipment.
Please provide the shipping receipt and valid tracking number.

Stage 6 — Successful delivery
After the parcel has been successfully delivered to the recipient in Russia, I will release an additional $10 final payment for your work.
This Milestone will be released only after delivery is confirmed by the tracking information and/or by the recipient.
If there is a delivery problem, please assist with checking the tracking status and contacting the postal service if necessary.
The $10 is an additional service payment and is separate from reimbursement of the product, packaging and shipping costs.

Important conditions:
•I will fund each Milestone on this site before you start that stage.
•You initially pay for the product, packaging and shipping with your own money.
•I reimburse 100% of all approved and documented product, packaging and shipping expenses.
•Your service fees are paid separately and in addition to reimbursement of your expenses.
•Purchase-stage payments are released only after I receive and verify the product photos, quantity and receipt.
•If the actual price is different from the price we agreed, please ask for my approval before buying. Any additional expense must be approved by me in advance.
•Do not buy a substitute, different version, different quantity or any additional products without my approval.
•The shipping-stage payment is released after the parcel has been shipped and you provide the shipping receipt and valid tracking number.
•The final $10 Milestone is released only after the parcel is successfully delivered to the recipient in Russia.
•If the parcel is delayed, the final $10 remains funded until delivery is confirmed.
•If there is a shipping problem, please assist with checking the tracking status and contacting the postal/courier service if necessary.
•Do not start the next stage until I approve it.

Please bid only if you agree that you will initially pay for the purchases yourself and will receive full reimbursement of approved documented expenses plus your service fee after verification.

Please confirm in your message that you understand and agree with this payment procedure.

Total service payment for successful completion of all 6 stages: $35.
In addition to the $35 service payment, I will fully reimburse all approved and documented costs for the product, packaging and shipping.
If the project is stopped before all stages are completed, you will still receive reimbursement and the service fees for all stages that were completed and approved.
