Purchase Receipt Collection - Malaysia / Thailand / Vietnam

Bee Happy is currently expanding our local coordinator network and would like to explore a potential partnership with you.

We are looking for local coordinators who can collect receipts in their local market for a consumer purchase project.

Market: Vietnam / Malaysia / Thailand
Target volume:
Malaysia: 1500 assets (emails) & 1500 assets (photo/screenshot)
Thailand: 2500 assets (emails) & 2500 assets (photo/screenshot)
Vietnam: 1500 assets (emails) & 1500 assets (photo/screenshot)

We are looking for genuine purchase receipts from 2024 onward, including:
· Email receipts
· Photos of physical receipts
· Screenshots/digital receipts

Each receipt should clearly show the
1. Merchant name (with address)
2. Transaction date
3. Total amount
4. Local currency (optional)

Receipts will go through our quality check, and payment will be based on accepted receipts only.

We’d prefer to start with a small pilot first to validate quality and recruitment feasibility before scaling. So could you please share at least 10 sample receipts that you currently have available? We’d like to check the quality and format before moving forward.
