Purchase Complete Residential Build Packages

I need 6 projects on which you already worked and you have BOQ, Markups and drawings of these projects available. Each package must represent a brand-new build (no renovations, extensions, or alterations) and already be fully compiled—the goal is to receive projects that can stand on their own without any missing pieces or follow-up clarifications.

To qualify, every project must include all of the following:
• Complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with measurements in metric SI units (m, m2 etc.)
• Full drawing set having SI units (m, m2 etc) - Note that I don't need in English units
• Markups
• GC-level scope coverage so that all major trades and divisions are represented

If a project meets every requirement above, I will release US $4 for that file. Up to six projects will be purchased, meaning a total payout of US $24 is available.

Before you send anything, please double-check your files for completeness. Incomplete, mixed-unit, or renovation-based projects won’t be considered and will slow the process down for both of us.

Once verified, simply upload or share a link to the zipped project folder (drawings in PDF, BOQ in Excel, markups/takeoffs). I will confirm acceptance within 24 hours and process payment immediately.
