I need a crisp, modern-looking thumbnail for my new Punjabi-language podcast that instantly catches the eye in crowded feeds yet still feels unmistakably Punjabi. Think clean lines, bold typography, a balanced colour palette, and subtle cultural cues rather than ornate motifs—overall a modern and sleek aesthetic.
Your job is to deliver a ready-to-upload 3000 × 3000 px square image (RGB, less than 500 KB) plus the editable source file. Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator are both fine; if you prefer another tool, just be sure the final PNG/JPEG is pixel-perfect and the layered file opens flawlessly in one of those apps.
Because the show targets a general audience, the design should be easily readable at thumbnail size on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts. No niche jargon or insider symbolism—simple, memorable, and vibrant enough to pop on any background colour the platforms choose.
When you apply, please include two or three samples of past thumbnail or cover art work that show your ability to blend contemporary design with cultural identity. A brief note on how you would approach typography and colour for this project is helpful, but I’ll judge mainly on the strength of previous work.
