Job Description
AROVAA Recruitment Solutions is looking for a talented Freelance Photographer, Videographer & Video Editor in Pune to cover our upcoming one-day career/recruitment event — AROVAA Career Fair 2026.
We are looking for one professional who can handle photography, videography and post-event video editing, preferably with prior experience covering live events.
Responsibilities
* Cover the complete one-day event through professional photography and videography.
* Capture:
* Event setup and venue
* Employer booths and branding
* Candidate participation
* Interviews and recruitment activities
* Guest/employer interactions
* Career activities and engagement
* Certificate distribution
* Candid moments
* Overall event atmosphere
* Shoot both photos and high-quality video footage suitable for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
* Edit selected photos and videos after the event.
* Create short-form social media content/Reels from the event footage.
* Deliver the agreed final photos, raw footage and edited videos within the mutually agreed timeline.
Requirements
* Must have your own professional camera/equipment.
* Must be based in Pune or be able to independently travel to the event venue.
* Good understanding of event photography and videography.
* Must have experience using professional editing software.
* Should be comfortable with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro or equivalent tools.
* Must be able to handle both photography and videography professionally.
* Good eye for composition, lighting, candid moments and storytelling.
* Prior event-shooting experience is a strong plus.

Pune, Maharashtra
Duration: One-day event
Future Opportunities
This is initially a one-day event assignment.
However, if we are satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and turnaround time, we may assign the freelancer future photography, videography and video-editing projects for AROVAA and its events.
