We are looking for an experienced and reliable freelancer for housing society data collection in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad for business development purposes.

The main objective is to create a high-quality, current, accurate and verified database of existing residential housing societies that can be used for business outreach.

Important Project Requirements
Minimum 1,000 housing society records must be collected.
Project completion timeline: Maximum 30 days.
Data must be current, accurate and properly verified.
Only existing/occupied residential housing societies are required.
Under-construction projects are NOT required.
Builder/developer project data is NOT required.
No fake or incorrect mobile numbers will be accepted.
No fake or invalid email IDs will be accepted.
Chairman/Secretary/Managing Committee contact number is mandatory for every society.
Email ID is mandatory for every society.
No duplicate society records will be accepted.
Google Maps/location details must be provided.
Data must be submitted in a properly organized Excel or Google Sheets format.
The freelancer should provide regular progress updates during the project.
Freelancer should systematically cover different areas of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad to achieve the target.
