Publish My Subscription-Based App

I need my web-based app, developed in Base 44, published on Google Play and the App Store. The app has a trial and subscription component, and I currently manage subscriptions through Stripe.

Key Requirements:
- Publish app on Google Play and App Store
- keep existing Stripe subscription management , but wrap in the respective Google Play and Apple subscription into my app
- Ensure trial and subscription components work seamlessly
-Help me understand what to do when changes or updates are made to my app

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with app publishing on both platforms
- Familiarity with Stripe and google play and Apple subscription integrations
- Knowledge of Base 44 development and web-to-app conversion
