I’m looking for a seasoned healthcare consultant with a solid European background in public health. The core of the assignment is threefold: help shape evidence-based policy, design practical health-education initiatives that resonate with diverse populations, and carry out rigorous epidemiological research that feeds directly into those policies and programs.
Ideally you already move comfortably between qualitative and quantitative methods—one day refining surveillance indicators in R or Stata, the next translating those findings into clear, actionable learning materials for local stakeholders. If you’ve previously briefed ministries, drafted EU-aligned guidance, or led cross-country program evaluations, your experience will be immediately valuable here.
What I’ll count as success:
• A concise policy brief (or set of briefs) that follows current EU/WHO frameworks and is fully referenced.
• A health-education toolkit (trainer notes, participant hand-outs, and a simple monitoring plan) grounded in behavioral-change best practice.
• A short analytical report on the agreed epidemiological dataset, complete with cleaned data, code/scripts, and recommendations.
Timeline and milestones are flexible; quality, clarity, and practical applicability come first. If this sounds like a natural fit for you, let’s discuss next steps.
