My washing machine overflowed recently and caused noticeable water damage. The insurance company sent their own firm and the adjuster’s write-up claims the incident is “old” and pre-existing, which is simply not the case. I need a licensed public adjuster who can step in, review the situation, and build a solid rebuttal.

Here is what I can already provide: high-resolution photos taken right after the overflow and receipts for the immediate clean-up and repair costs I have already incurred. The official insurance report that minimizes the event is also available once we engage.

Your role is to:
• Inspect (on-site, if possible) or thoroughly review all evidence I have.
• Prepare a detailed, independent assessment of the actual, recent water damage.
• Draft and present a formal dispute to the insurer, citing policy language and any applicable building codes.
• Advise on next steps should the carrier remain uncooperative.

If you have a proven track record overturning unfavourable findings, know your way around policy wording, and can communicate findings clearly, I would like to speak with you as soon as possible. I am reachable directly at (347) 303-3361 — ask for Jerry.
