I’m building a YouTube channel that turns solid research on human psychology—especially the way we think, feel, and behave in relationships—into clear, engaging 7- to 10-minute lessons.

Here’s what I need you to handle from start to finish:
• Choose a relationship or social-behavior topic backed by reputable studies (e.g., attachment styles, social influence, conflict resolution).
• Write an easy-to-follow tutorial script (roughly 1,200–1,400 words) with a compelling hook, key take-aways, and a concise summary.
• Record a warm, articulate voice-over (neutral accent preferred) or edit in my pre-recorded VO if I supply it.
• Assemble visuals: royalty-free stock clips, simple animations, infographics, or screen drawings that reinforce each concept.
• Edit everything into one polished 16:9 HD video, adding lower thirds, captions, and subtle background music.

Acceptance criteria
1. Length sits between 7:00 and 10:00 minutes.
2. At least three on-screen references to published research or credible psychology sources.
3. Audio levels balanced; no clipping, hiss, or abrupt cuts.
4. Final delivery: MP4 (H.264), 1080p, plus separate .SRT captions and project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve).
