Astrana Health builds technology and services that help independent providers succeed in value-based care. As our provider and client base grows, we need someone to own how our provider-facing tools get rolled out, adopted, and used well. You will lead implementations end to end, design and deliver training for physicians and practice staff, and be the voice of the provider back into our product team. This is the first dedicated hire in this function; you will help define the playbook and, as the function scales, help build and lead the team.
What You'll Do
Own implementation of Astrana’s provider-facing tools from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder mapping, and risk management
Design and deliver training programs (live, virtual, and self-serve) for physicians, office managers, and clinical staff, tailored to practice workflows
Build the implementation and training playbook: templates, runbooks, adoption metrics, and feedback loops
Partner with product, engineering, network/provider relations, care management, and data teams to resolve blockers and sequence rollouts
Track and report adoption, time-to-go-live, training completion, and provider satisfaction; translate field feedback into prioritized product requirements
Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and establish a provider-facing support model
As the client base grows, help scope, hire, and onboard additional team members
Qualifications
5+ years in implementation, customer success, or training roles for healthcare technology, with at least two end-to-end provider-facing implementations you personally led
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training to clinicians or practice staff
Strong project management discipline; you keep multiple workstreams organized and communicate status clearly to executives and front-line users alike
Track record of working across product, engineering, operations, and field teams without direct authority
Clear, concise written and verbal communication
Strong plus
Experience in value-based care (MSO, IPA, ACO, Medicare Advantage, risk-bearing groups)
Familiarity with EHR workflows, care gap/quality tools, HCC coding workflows, or population health platforms
Prior experience standing up a new function or team
How we measure success in year one
Defined, repeatable implementation and training playbook in use
Measurable adoption targets hit across assigned rollouts
Provider satisfaction with tools and onboarding trending up
Product team has a structured channel for field feedback that influences the roadmap
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions
This position is remotely based in the U.S.
The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $120,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
