Prototype STL File Creation -- 2

I already have a full set of detailed design files for my prototype and now need a clean, watertight STL that can go straight into a slicer for 3-D printing and visualization. Every dimension, tolerance, and radius on the drawings must carry through exactly, so you’ll be translating—not redesigning—the part.

You will receive the native CAD files and supporting drawings as soon as we start. From there, I’m expecting:

• An export-ready STL in the correct scale and orientation
• Confirmation that the model is manifold, with no intersecting or reversed faces
• A quick screen capture or viewer screenshot so I can verify the geometry before sign-off

If you spot anything in the design that could cause printing issues, flag it early—I’d rather adjust now than during the print run. Most of my work is done in Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, so familiarity with either environment will help, but any tool that produces a clean STL is fine.

Turnaround is flexible for quality, yet I’d like to keep the project moving; let me know how soon you can deliver once you see the files.
