I need to submit permit PLTR20260216 for a residential addition that encroaches on several large shade trees. To satisfy the city’s Protected Tree ordinance, I want a sealed site plan (DWG + PDF) that does the following:

• Locate every tree 15" DBH or larger inside or right next to the limits of disturbance, labelling trunk point, diameter, and species.
• Show each tree’s Critical Root Zone and Structural Root Plate, with any encroachment from the proposed construction clearly hatched.
• Draw the tree-save fence exactly at the disturbance boundary and include the municipality’s standard detail.
• Identify trees slated for removal and, on the same sheet, lay out a replanting scheme that delivers a minimum of 4,000 sq ft of replacement canopy. Please list proposed species, caliper, spacing, and the canopy math used to reach the requirement.

Scale should be 1" = 20', include a north arrow, legend, my permit number, and room for your professional seal. I will supply the latest survey base and GIS aerial once we start; field verification or a quick site walk together is welcome if you need it. Final deliverables are one print-ready PDF and the editable CAD file.
