PROPOSED FIRST FLOOR @ WERAHARA

I have a new first-floor space in Werahara that needs a full interior design concept before construction begins. You will start with my existing architectural drawings, study the flow and natural light, then develop a cohesive look that balances style with practicality for everyday use.

What I need from you:
• A mood board that nails the overall aesthetic
• Scaled furniture and lighting layout plans
• Key material and colour specifications (walls, floors, ceilings, built-ins)
• 3D visuals or high-quality renders that help me and my contractor understand the end result

Please include samples of past interior projects—especially comparable residential or mixed-use floors—so I can quickly gauge your style and technical ability. If you have a signature approach or favourite software (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.), feel free to mention it; I’m flexible on tools as long as the deliverables are clear, build-ready, and in standard formats (PDF/DWG/JPEG).

Once I approve the concept, I may ask you to refine details such as custom joinery or fixture sourcing, so good communication and a collaborative mindset are important. I’m ready to move forward as soon as I find the right designer—show me work that proves you’re that person.
